Refund/Return Policies:

SERVICES:
-In the event where Rawchellys cancels a service or a class, the client/clients will receive a full refund.
-No refunds will be given for cancellations made by the client within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time or class reservation. However, clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment up to an hour before their scheduled appointment time or class reservation.
-No refund will be provided for no-shows.
-Clients pay for the time slot of a service. In the case of a late show-up by the client, the service will be provided until the end of the selected time slot.

PRODUCTS/MERCH:
-No refunds or exchanges
-Free shipping within the United States through the USPS (Handmade Products only)
-Shipping costs, tracking numbers, etc for Rawchellys Merch is provided by Printify.com
